DB's Finesse Jig

DB's Finesse Jig

As part of our 2017 Bassmaster Classic product roll-out, I'm proud to introduce a new signature jig designed by 2016 B.A.S.S. Rookie of the Year Drew Benton! His Finesse Jig is made to get into those tight spaces in laydowns and bushes. Built around a 3/0 hook in the 3/8oz model and a 4/0 in the 1/2oz, it features Nichols' Patented Toothpick Keeper Collar System to ensure a snug trailer, all behind a unique flat-bottomed arkie type head with a recessed line-tie.

I'm excited about DB's Finesse Jig in particular as it fills a gap in our jig line that really caters to more of a small profile presentation. Along with the jig we are rolling out 8 new 4" Thin-Cut skirts to round out a really nice color selection. These skirts are already featured on our Dee Thomas and Mango Jigs, and I am so happy to be able to expand those color offerings as well.

DB's Finesse Jig will be available at our booth in Houston at the 2017 Bassmaster Classic Expo, and widely available online and in stores immediately after!

Spinnerbaits are one of my go to lures for bass fishing - I see it almost like a mini Alabama Rig. It's great for mimicking shad as well as bream and they get big bites from largemouth and smallmouth bass!
